OK. Above the post box there are a row of icones. The 3rd one from the left is the link. Hit that. A new box will generate at the top of your screen. (If a new box does NOT open, look for a message in your toolbar saying cookies are not enabled or some such thing, then click "here" to allow you to allow the pop-up). Type or paste the url in, then hit "OK". It will appear at the bottom of your posting box.
